Where should we bring my two year old cousin for his first haircut? Preferably somewhere with child friendly staff :)

Cuts for Tots in Festival mall Alabang. Their barber's chair is similar to arcade car rides and has a tv in front of it so that the kid will stay focus while he's getting his hair cut.
