I started close to 3 years old, when my toddler could hold in her pee for at least 2 hours, vocalise whenever she needed to use the potty/toilet, and listen to instructions. She was resistant for a couple of days, but once she learnt it, she moved from potty to toilet in half a week:) And at first, she was only willing to pee in the toilet, but wanted to poop in her diaper, then one day, she decided she was ready
