When do u let your lo start eating the same food as you and do not cook separately?

Around 15months, my girl eat any food that we eat be it home cook or eat out. However will choose healthier choices of food for her.

My boy is 17 months now and he eats adult food sometimes when we are out.

Hi... my LO eat ‘adult’ food when he’s 12 months and above

After 1-1.5 years old, can start to eat what we eat.
