When can I stop sterilizing my baby's bottles (she's currently 14 months old and formula-fed)?

Ako mommy, I still sterelize - 1.5y/o na si baby and formula fed din. I know sabi nila it's no longer necessary since at that age of a child, super marami na syang ineexplore na things and most probably she tries to put everything in her mouth so para saan pa nagsterelise. Pero my point naman is, kasi it gets contact to her 'food' and directly put into her mouth and she swallows pa so why compromise di ba? After all what are we to be lazy of when sterilizing. It's super simple to do esp if you have the equipment naman. :D Just my two cents.

I've read that you must sterilize feeding bottles until your baby is at least a year old. Here's a good read explaining why: http://www.babycentre.co.uk/x554846/when-can-i-stop-sterilising-my-babys-bottles However, if you still feel like you really have to sterilize them, why not? Just to be sure, it wouldn't hurt :)

I suggest not to stop sterilizing because bacteria growing doesn't stop as well. Even adults need to sterilize their utensils too.

I don't think you should stop sterilizing. It will ensure that your bottles are always clean and free from bacteria.
