When does a baby normally starts to mimic body languages? My daughter is only 3 months old. But I believe l could teach her as early as now. So l tried to communicate with her. I also tried to teach tongue out by showing it to her. And Yes unexpectedly she tried moving her tongue with her eyes fixed in mine. That was a good sign. I'm just a little excited though.

Hi, Oh! Yes, Babies are great imitators. Three months is too early but not that she would not like you being close to her and talking. This is a great way to form a bond with your baby. As she grows every single day she will understand what you mean and will cherish you being around. And it is just matter of time that she would start imitating you.

Each baby is different but it is good if you start showing/teaching her different things as early as now. She might not follow you all the time, but eventually she'll be familiar with what you are teaching her.
