What's your favourite pasta sauce recipe?

I love the tomato basil spaghetti, but I like it better with Angel hair. The recipe is very simple; even kids can make it. It is available on Jamie Oliver's website at http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pasta-recipes/classic-tomato-spaghetti/
