What wipes do you use to clean your breasts before pumping or feeding baby?

I used to wipe my breast with a cotton Ball dipped in hot water. That too only to please my MIL. Actually nothing happens even if you don't clean....my boys were breastfed and never had any health issues during the first 7months. Cheers!!
