Weird/rare sign of ovulating

What is the sign that you are NOT ovulating?

Two times Hyperemesis Gravidarum survivor! I am a mum with two beautiful boys.

Ovulation is usually accompanied with a sharp pain in either flank. You would feel it only for a few moments. Anovulatory cycles do not have such pain.

It would be a dull pain in one of the sides of the abdomen, lasting from between a few minutes to a few hours. You would be able to pinpoint it with a finger though. It won’t last more than half a day. It would be caused because of ovulation. Hope it helps.
