Supplements for pregnancy mom

Hi! What are the recommended supplements for mummies to be to take during first tri? Has anyone tried the brand - avance? Safe for pregnancy? Besides folic acid and duphaston that gynae prescribed..

Hey! So from what I gather, Avance is quite popular with mums here and seems to have a decent safety track record for pregnancy, I've heard good things about the brand generally. A friend mentioned she took it during her first tri and felt less tired, which was a nice bonus since that fatigue can be quite real at that stage! Beyond folic acid and what your gynae prescribed, most mums I know also look at iron (if levels are low), calcium, and omega-3s, but honestly, your doctor will know best what you specifically need based on your bloodwork. If you're keen on Avance specifically, it's worth just double-checking the ingredients list with your gynae to make sure it aligns with what they want you on. Every pregnancy is different, so a quick chat with them should put your mind at ease!
