Toddler food intake

What is a good portion per day for a 20 month old to consume? He sleeps 10-11 straight hours at night & naps 1-1.5 hours during the day. Has 3 meals & 2-3 snacks but I feel like I’m feeding him all day. Here is a sample of the total he ate today over breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks: 1. 3 bowls of sugar free granola 2. 1 small yoghurt 3. 4 bowls of chicken porridge (he’s not well hence the porridge) 4. 6 large strawberries 5. 1 bowl of pumpkin soup 6. 2x4oz cups of whole milk 7. 1 cup of watermelon juice 8. 2 cups of water 9. Breastmilk on demand My helper & I are amazed on a daily at how much he eats & keeps asking for more. Should I be worried? #adviceappreciated #firs1stimemom

Aiyoh, that's a lot lor, but honestly at 20 months with that much activity & sleep, some toddlers just have tapau-sized appetites, a few of my mum friends have kids like that too! The thing is, if he's growing well, energetic, and healthy otherwise, the quantity itself isn't necessarily a red flag, but I'd definitely check with his paediatrician just to confirm he's not grazing because he's actually not getting enough nutrition from what he's eating (sometimes they'll keep asking if meals aren't hitting the mark). One thing I noticed, so much juice & watermelon water might be filling him up without real calories, so maybe try replacing some of those with fuller foods or cow's milk instead? Since he's unwell now anyway, a quick doc visit is perfect timing to ask about his eating patterns & make sure everything's on track.
