What were your first thoughts when you found out that you are pregnant for second time?

Honestly, mixed emotions talaga! With my first, it was all excitement and nervousness, but with my second I was more like, "Okay, this is real again", sobrang different yung feeling kasi alam ko na kung ano ang aabangan haha. I felt grateful pero rin medyo anxious about how I'd manage two kids, and admittedly may guilt ako thinking about my firstborn na paano siya makakaadapt, you know? A few of us moms talked about it and turns out marami rin sa amin ang nag-feel ng same way, it's like you're excited but also realistic about what's coming, unlike the first time na pure awe lang.
