What chain restaurant offers the best menu and atmosphere for younger children?

A friend and I brought her kids to Fish & Co for dinner once and they had a great time there. The Kids' Menu offers 7 items to choose from, ranging from pastas and seafood dishes. Fish & Co outlets are usually brightly decorated and the underwater theme is a hit with the kids. They also utilise iPads to not only take orders but also to help their guests keep occupied while they await their food. While I do not always advocate the use of iPads for kids, it is useful when they get fussy.
