What's the best way to ensure that my baby grows to the maximum potential? (I.e. She gets to be as tall as she can possibly be)

My dad used to joke that my brothers and I are tall because he would make us jump alot when we were little. Haha. Jokes aside, I think the best way to encourage your child to grow as tall as he or she can be is to ensure your child has proper nutrition, enough rest and be as active as he or she can be.
