What is best to use as storage for breastmilk? Storage bags, trays or cups?

Storage bags for freezing. If it’s keeping daily stash for drinking within the same day, usually I’ll just keep it in storage bottles - reduce plastic waste. Depends how much you pump, how fast your baby consumes too.
