Miriam College, St. Scholastica, St. Paul, Poveda and Assumption are the ones I am certain are safe and well secured as I and my relatives have first hand experience from them. With regards affordability, I think St. Scholastica is what you're looking for. Priciest among this list, as I remember, are Miriam College, Poveda and St.Paul.
