When i was in labour room, but not yet active labour, i heard people screaming like hell and also heard apparatus falling due to kicking. I told my husband to remind me to control breathing so that i can control pain. Breathing technique is important to maintain so that the pain is manageable. 😂
I said. If the pain is super duper and my contraction meter is 100, and i am not calm, please remind me to control breathing technique. And it works wonderfully. Cos when the pain is tooo highhhhh, i really forgot how to breathe correctly
