37wks and 4 days..

Question

Went for a routine check up today. Sa results ng utz ko,37wks+4 na ko today pero sa transv nga pala nagbebase or lmp and upon computation ng midwife,36wks pa lang ako (malaki lang daw talaga si baby kaya yung AOG nya base sa measurements e 37wks and 4 days. So inadvise ako na magwait pa ng 1 wk at mag rest muna dahil mejo ramdam ko na talaga na malapit na syang lumabas.Nakaka frustrate lang ng slight kasi gusto ko na din talaga makaraos😅. And mejo kinakabahan ako syempre dahil nagdecrease na ang movement ni baby,most probably dahil naka engage na din sya. June 6 pa naman EDD ko pero sa 2 other kids ko kasi,mejo maaga din lumabas so akala ko,pwede na this weekend😅.Kayo ba mommies na first week ng June ang EDD,kumusta naman…?#pregnancy

Aaah mama, I totally get the frustration kasi feeling mo na ready ka na! A few of us din nag-experience ng ganitong situation where baby measures ahead pero based sa LMP mas maaga pa, so ang dating is really based sa ultrasound measurements, the midwife's computation makes sense kaya ang one week wait is actually para safe lang. The decreased movements you're feeling is normal once baby is engaged na, pero if you're ever worried about the frequency, don't hesitate to go back to your midwife or OB agad kasi peace of mind is important. Since your other two came early, I understand why you thought this weekend, pero this time just rest and let baby come on their own timeline, I know it's hard to wait! Hang in there, mama, you're almost there na!
