My weight during pregnancy not achieved .

my weight rise up only 3 kg during my pregnancy. now, i am 3rd trimester 7months + . how should i gain my weight? im worried my baby is small.. ?

During 3rd trimester I gain my weight by drinking fresh milk...maybe you can try

    fresh milk sometimes i can drink.. sometimes i cant. my stomach will pain.. i eat cereal like cococrunch with milk..
