Normal delivery po ako sa bahay po ako nanganak ,wala po akong tahi mag sasara pa po kaya ito? .😅

Ay congrats sa normal delivery, mama! Hindi ko alam kung anong meaning ng "walang tahi" mo, are you saying walang episiotomy or tear? If that's the case, super buti na! But honestly, if you're worried na baka may something na dapat mag-close or heal pa, better check with your OB lang to be sure, kasi bawat birth recovery is different and they'll know best kung okay ka na talaga or may kailangan pang bantayan. A few of us moms had questions din after delivery about healing, and ang peace of mind from the doctor is really priceless!
