Hindi pa ako! Lagi ko ring nakakalimutan kahit sabi ng kaibigan ko na importante lalo na pag may travel or school requirements, haha. Pero super easy lang daw based sa sinabi nila, just go to vaxcert.doh.gov.ph, it's free, at self-service lang, so no hassle, no lines. A few of the mums sa barkada ko nag-print na ng copies para sa records at para ready lang if needed. Dapat na rin I-do ko yan this week, hehe!
