Will using a teether make my child's teeth crooked when they grow older?

I think once na mag-erupt na yung ngipin, stop na yung paggamit ng teether, kasi ang purpose lang ng teether is para mag-erupt yung teeth. Kapag ginamit ito ng may teeth na, may tendency na ma-deform yung tubo nya.
