That yellow arrow is usually pointing to the umbilical cord (tali pusat) lah, bukan gender indicator, doctors like to mark it so parents don't mistake it for something else during the scan If you want to know baby's gender, biasanya the sonographer akan show you the genital area itself, or akan explain clearly kalau baby cooperative enough to see, so don't worry lah, if it's the cord they're pointing at, it's just to help you understand the anatomy je!
