Eh, blood pressure thing ni really need to see your doctor first, okay? They need to check your readings properly and give you the right medicine for YOUR situation, tak boleh main-main with this one lah. A few of us mums in the group kena high BP, but honestly everyone's on different things depending on their condition. One friend kena prescribed one type, another friend kena another, so really depends on the doctor's assessment. Don't skip that check-up, dear, even if you're busy with the kids! Better to go now than sorry later. Take care of yourself, yeah?
