madalas bang magsusuka pag twins ang baby??

Ay oo, totoo yan! A few of us mums with twins noticed na ang morning sickness at nausea is way stronger compared sa single pregnancy, dahil sa mas mataas na hormones talaga. One of my friends started vomiting around 6 weeks, like 5 times a day pa, but after she talked to her OB and started taking Diclegis, it got so much better na. Though I also know someone who had mild nausea lang even with twins, so hindi lahat the same, some get hit harder, iba naman okay na okay lang. If you're experiencing really bad vomiting, definitely worth bringing it up with your doctor or specialist kasi there are meds and ways para ma-manage, especially kung it's affecting your ability to eat and stay hydrated.
