At 34 weeks ka na, mas frequent na sila especially kapag tired ka or dehydrated, so make sure you're drinking lots of water and resting when you can (haha, alam ko mahirap yan with everything else going on). But if the tightening is painful, regular, or may bleeding or unusual discharge, better check with your OB agad para peace of mind mo lang, it's always better safe than sorry sa ganitong stage!
