Is it too early for six year olds to be drinking coffee? Naaalala ko yung first time grandmother let me drink coffee and I was maybe five or six.

My mom told me na hindi daw ako tatangkad and titigas ang ulo if uminom ako ng coffee nung bata ako... pero hindi naman yun masyado totoo sa paningin ko (although hindi nga ako tumangkad!). Some of my friends though na maaga nagstart ng coffee ay nagdevelop ng hyperacidity agad, so I guess dapat lahat ay in moderation :)
