Honestly, a few of us moms started with childbirth classes, some took the hospital ones (mas convenient, free or low-cost), others did online classes kaya flexible sa schedule, pero it really depends kung ano ang learning style mo. I'd also suggest joining a local mommy group or even just browsing online forums because the real-talk advice from moms who've been through it is honestly more helpful than you'd think, especially for the third trimester when things get real. Antenatal checkups with your OB are super important din, siya na ang best person to guide you through everything specific sa pregnancy mo. Enjoy these next 20 weeks, time flies so fast!
