Breastfeed to Bottlefeed

Any tips and suggestions po para mabilis mawalay si baby magbreastfeed? She's 4months na and pure breastfeed sya, mag wowork na po ako kaya ibottlefeed ko na sya. I tried using avent slow flow pero ayaw niya parin. Pls help me ?
