Nipple Confusion

Anak, mahirap talaga yan, a few of us mums went through the same thing when we had to go back to work! Honestly, what helped our group was waiting till baby is around 4-6 weeks old and really established na sa breastfeeding bago mag-introduce ng bottle, then doing skin-to-skin time pa rin kapag together kayo. Try bottles with slower flow nipples na mas similar sa breast, at sometimes mas okay kung ang tatay o lola ang nag-bibigay ng bottle first para hindi siya mag-expect ng latch sa mommy, weird but totoo, lagi kasing nag-work! Pero if baby's really struggling or having latch issues pa rin, best talaga mag-check with your pediatrician or lactation consultant para ma-assess kung ano talaga ang nangyayari.
