Yes, most lying-ins do accept PhilHealth indigent cards, pero it's really best to call ahead and confirm with the specific lying-in you're planning to go to kasi iba-iba ang requirements and coverage nila, a few of us mums had to double-check pa rin kahit may card kami, so better safe than sorry!
