toddler fever

TIA po sa sasagot My 2 year is having a fever 38.8 celsius. And with cough. I already went to the doctor. Gave her meds as well. Pero hinde pa rin ako mapakali. Should i be worried po? First time po na ganto ka high ung fever

Continue mo lang po paracetamol and gamot for cough as long as nakakain parin naman siya.. pag di na sya nakkain and mukhang dehydrated and weak na sya better paconfine mo napo.. get well soon kiddo..
