C sect lochia bleeding.
This is my third c section and now I’m on my 4th day post partum. And my pad totally is dry with no blood stain from 3rd day till now. Is this normal?

Hey, don't worry, this can actually be normal! With c-sections, you tend to bleed less overall because a lot of the blood gets suctioned out during surgery, so some mums I know have had stretches with barely any bleeding in those first few days. That said, lochia can be a bit unpredictable; someone in my mum group mentioned she'd have a dry pad for a day or two and then suddenly soak through her underwear again, so it can come and go rather than being steady. Since this is your third c-section you probably know your body well, but given the stop-start pattern, it's worth just checking in with your gynae or midwife to confirm everything's settling as it should, they'll want to make sure your uterus is contracting properly and there's no retained clots or anything unexpected.
