Separation Anxiety

Do you think the separation anxiety will pass? Hopefully it's just a phrase. Im soo tired dealing with LO being too clingy and cries when the parent leave... The cry not normal cry but shouting cry. Even if I try to talk and reason her, once I move she will cry. Please tell me it is just a phrase and for how long?
