missed miscarriage at 8 weeks

Hi there, i buat transvaginal scan for 8 weeks. heartbeat tak nampak & doctor kata baby tak healthy since the size macam 5-6 weeks. dr terus conclude missed miscarriage since i takda bleeding or spotting. anyone pernah share experience yg sama? #missedmiscarriage #8week
