Pregnant employee near server room

Hindi ako sure kung may direct health effect ang server room sa pregnancy, but honestly marami sa amin ang nag-worry about electromagnetic fields at radiation, better to ask her OB directly para sure, kasi bawat pregnancy ay different pa rin! One of my friends who worked in IT during her pregnancy asked her doctor about this, at sinabi lang na kung mainit ang lugar or may air quality issues, yun ang bigger concern than the servers same mismo. Para sa peace of mind niya, pwede ring i-request ang desk relocation or work-from-home arrangement if she's worried, maraming companies naman ay flexible about this during pregnancy!
