Fed is best. There’s nothing wrong with FM milk, in fact many older generations including 90’s like myself were formula fed 😊 And FM nowadays do include 2FL which can be found in BM as well (Eg. NAN OPTIPRO). You can also consider mixed feeding while you build up your milk supply. Pump/latch regularly and drink lots of water. Our milk works on demand and supply so the more you empty your boob frequently, it sends the signal that your body needs to more milk. 😊 Don’t stress too much!
