Hey mama, spotting instead of your regular period can mean a lot of things, it could be implantation bleeding if you're pregnant, but it could also be hormonal changes, stress, or something else entirely, so honestly kailangan mo talaga mag-take ng pregnancy test or consult your doctor to know for sure. A few of us tried testing a few days after spotting and that's when it showed up clearer, pero mas better if you talk to your OB para they can check what's really going on, lalo na kung unusual ito for you.
