At 20 weeks, head circumference can vary quite a bit from baby to baby, kaya mas better if you ask your OB about this sa next check-up niya para sure, they'll know kung normal lang yan based sa baby's growth trend at your dates. I'd say don't worry too much yet since babies develop differently, pero definitely bring it up with your doctor para peace of mind mo, okay?
