35 weeks going 36
Team December Any suggestions po ng needs pa and add ons sa hospital bag? Thank you so much!

Congrats on being in your final month, mama! A few of us mums swear by packing extra maternity pads (the hospital ones aren't always enough), comfortable nursing bras na madaling i-open, at least 5-6 pairs ng disposable underwear, and a going-home outfit sa pre-pregnancy size, trust me, mas realistic yan kaysa mag-expect ng instant slim down hehe. Don't forget your own toiletries since hospital ones can be harsh, phone chargers (medj importante para sa photos at updates), at if you're planning to breastfeed, bring nipple pads and a good nipple cream like Mama's Choice Nipple Cream since it's pregnancy and breastfeeding-safe, one of my friends said it made a huge difference sa first few weeks. Good luck sa December delivery, you've got this!
