Depo user na Hindi naka follow up inject

Hi mama! Yan talaga ang common side effect ng Depo, ang delayed period kahit lampas na sa 3 months, especially if hindi ka naka-follow up on time. A few of my mum friends na Depo users din nag-experience ng same thing, at nag-take ng months pa bago bumalik ang regular period nila, pero negative lahat ng PT nila tulad mo. Since negative ang PT mo, it's likely the hormones lang still kicking around sa system mo, pero I'd really suggest checking with your OB na lang para ma-ease your mind and confirm everything's okay, they can advise din if kailangan mo ng anything to regulate or if you want to try a different contraceptive next time.

Ay, alam ko yan ang worry mo! Ganyan talaga sometimes pagkatapos ng depo, ang period can take a while bumalik, may kaibigan ako na almost 5 months na bago nag-regular ulit after missing her shot, pero naturally na nag-come back naman. Since negative ang PT mo, that's good, pero I'd really suggest mag-follow up with your OB lang to rule out anything else at para malaman kung kelan expected mag-period ka ulit, kasi iwas stress kung alam mo what's going on. Marami ring iba na dumaan dito, so you're not alone sa kilabot na feeling!
