How to remove birthclub?

Hi TAP. Nakunan kasi ako and February sana ang edd ko. And everytime na nakikita ko sa feed ko yung birthclub nasasaktan ako. How to remove it po? Salamat. I uninstalled TAP months ago, ngayon ko n lng ulit ininstall #pleasehelp
