May tanong sana ako tungkol sa hospital documents, okay lang po ba na ang birth certificate ko at nung asawa ko ay yung hindi pa update na surname at status kahit kasal na kami. #Firsttimemom #32week2day

if im not mistaken, hindi po nababago ang birth cert. if may valid ids po no need for the parents birth cert. marriage cert po if married
