Hi mama! I haven't personally given birth sa FEU-NRMF, pero a few of my mum friends did, and they said it's pretty good, mas affordable compared sa private hospitals pero quality pa rin ang care. Best way talaga is to call their OB department directly or walk in to their maternity ward kasi ang packages nila may different options depending sa room type (semi-private, ward) at kung may complications or normal delivery, so mas better if you ask them directly para sa exact rates ngayon since prices do change. Maraming moms sa group namin recommend FEU especially if budget-conscious ka pero gusto mo still reputable na hospital, so go for it mama!
