Engage at 35 weeks and 4days

Ay, that's actually good news! Engaged means ang baby's head ay bumaba na into your pelvis na, ready na para sa delivery, it means your body is preparing for labor, which is totally normal even at 35+ weeks pa lang. Hindi ito worrying sign per se, but your OB knows best kung bakit siya nag-suggest ng bedrest, baka may slight concerns lang siya based sa your full picture, kaya importante talaga sundin mo yun para safe. A few of my mum friends din nag-bedrest around that time, and it's really just precautionary para ma-ease ang pressure and para mom gets enough rest before the big day. Keep monitoring any unusual pain or bleeding though, at huwag mag-hesitate kontakin agad ang OB if something feels off!
