I'm not from Cebu kaya hindi ko direct experience, pero a few of my mum friends from there swear by Cebu Doctor's Hospital and Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, they said maternity packages range anywhere from 60k to 150k+ depending on the room and services, pero best talaga to call them directly kasi laging may promos or adjustments depende sa situation mo.
