Eh, slight sniffles and sneezing can cause greenish or mucousy poop in babies, it's quite normal actually, a few of us noticed this with our babies when they had a bit of a stuffy nose. Since baby is only 4+ months, I'd still give your pediatrician a quick call just to be sure, especially if the poop stays that way or if baby seems uncomfortable or not feeding well, but honestly this sounds like one of those common things! Is baby acting normal otherwise, feeding and sleeping okay?
