Alhamdulillah, so exciting you're having a boy! At 18 weeks the sonographer should be quite accurate with gender prediction, but it's true some mums get a different result at the 20-week scan, sometimes it's just the baby's position or image clarity, bukan jantina berubah sebenarnya. If you want confirmation, the 20-week anatomy scan is perfect timing to ask the doctor again, and honestly most mums do ask at that point just to be sure, so no harm in double-checking then.
