I'm confused. In need of proper explanation.

Sy dah tak datang bulan almost 2 month. Tp bila check UPT semua negatif. Tp sy ada simptom2 sakit2 badan..sakit kepala and even ada spotting sikit hari tu (which I thought tu darah haid, but dia keluar sikit and dlm 2-3 jam je). But sampai skrg result UPT still negative semuanya. Apa patut sy buat ye mommy2 sekalian?
