7 hari lewat period tapi upt negatif

Aiyoh, 7 hari delay dengan negatif UPT memang confusing kan, tapi tunggu lagi few more days sebelum worry sangat, sebab sometimes implantation delayed jadi hormon belum naik cukup untuk detected lagi. Masa tu either repeat UPT dengan morning urine (paling akurat), atau better lagi just go see your gynae to get blood test done, sebab that's the most reliable way to confirm, a few of my mum friends pun kena situation macam ni and turned out either delayed cycle or other hormonal things happening. The heel pain tu, that's separate thing and boleh be from so many reasons, so don't panic and connect everything jadi satu, get yourself checked out lah, just to put your mind at ease
