Bonakid vs. Nido or Lactum

Honestly, lahat ng three are okay naman depende sa baby, kaya try and observe mo lang kung ano ang best for Bea! A few of us tried Bonakid at okay naman, pero may kaibigan akong mas okay sa kanya ang Nido dahil mas kumakain ang baby niya, so it's really trial and error talaga, some babies have sensitive tummies, some prefer the taste ng isa over the other. For Bea, kung okay na siya sa Bonakid and no digestive issues, stay lang muna, pero if you want to try Lactum or Nido, go ahead and switch gradually para hindi ma-upset ang tummy niya. What matters most is na kumakain siya well and healthy rin, so wag ka mag-pressure hehe!
